Right of withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal – EBMINI® Kids' Barefoot Shoes
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal as follows.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty (30) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day
on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email).

Please be sure to include your order number.
You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.
Alternatively, you can also submit your withdrawal electronically via our contact form on the website.
In this case, you will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal (e.g., by email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs
(except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us).
The refund will be made immediately and no later than thirty (30) days,
from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction,
unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
In no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment
until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof
that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
Return of Goods
You must return the goods immediately and in any event no later than thirty (30) days
from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of thirty days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Important Note on Returns
Please note that returns are currently sent to our logistics center in Hong Kong.
For this reason, it is imperative that you register your return with our customer service in advance,
so that we can provide you with the correct return information.
Unregistered returns cannot be assigned and may be lost.
Notes on Returns (especially for children's and barefoot shoes)
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods,
if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a manner not necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
For children's and barefoot shoes, the following applies in particular:

Shoes may only be tried on indoors and on clean surfaces.

Shoes must not show any signs of wear, dirt, or damage.
Exclusion or Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods,

that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive

that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer

for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene,
if their seal has been removed after delivery
General Notes

Please avoid damaging and contaminating the goods.
If possible, send the goods back in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. -
Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.

The aforementioned notes do not constitute a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
